How can I translate action bar slogan to other languages? Is WPML necessary?

I've purchased WPML basic version but i'm unable to translate the action bar slogan to another language.

- Which WPML version is needed to do this?

- How can this be done?

Hello,

To translate the Action Bar between the languages, you have to install the "WPML String Translation", it will allow you to translate even more strings than basic WPML.
