I cloned a page. They are identical, but one shows social sharing icons above the footer and the other does not (expected behaviou) 

Does not show sharing options:

https://elavant.com/home-3/

Shows sharing options:

https://elavant.com/

I have tried on the theme options and the widgets options.

Where do I control showing/not showing for this particular case?

I have solved my problem.

First, It was not showing in one of the pages because I still had the page selected as Private. Once I switched to live the sharing option also appeared. 

Second, the sharing option I was seeing was the one provided by JetPack and not the option provided in the theme. 

I solved it by disabling the option in JetPack.
