Can't registration because intranet

I just bought a set of BETHEME USD$59 from themeforest

But I can't register. For security reasons, My company IT department installed WORDPRESS on the intranet. then rebuild a static website upload to the Internet

So plug-in cannot be used. May I install form offline?

Just like packaging default plugins

Sorry, but only way to download the plugins is through the BeTheme.

Also, you can install your BeTheme on your private PC/Laptop and install all of the required plugins and pre-built website and then migrate it with this plugin:
