Can't registration because intranet

I just bought a set of BETHEME USD$59 from themeforest [Links visible only for registered users]

But I can't register. For security reasons, My company IT department installed WORDPRESS on the intranet. then rebuild a static website upload to the Internet

So plug-in cannot be used. May I install form offline?

Just like packaging default plugins
