What if i turn off the under construction mode but it still show under construction?

I have turned off  the under construction mode but it still show under construction?

What can I do?

Hello,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.

Also, please try to enable and disable it once more.

Theme Options > Pages > Under Construction

Hi 

I disabled all plugins 

clear cache on all my broswer - Chrome, firefox and safari. 

No i can disabled the construction page but now cannot enable and stuck with froze theme if im not log in as admin.  

meaning, if i enable slider plugin -- i can see the slider as logged in admin but not as guest.

You set as a "Under Construction" page the main page.

Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact
form which is on the right side at
http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what
might be the reason.

Nop.. 

The under construction feature cant work now. 
You can try.

Your page is holding cache, because even if I attach new item in menu it does not appear after refreshing.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about it, cache shouldn't be held while page is not ready to release.
