Fonts dont change from BeTheme theme options panel

I'm changing the fonts in the BeTheme theme options panel but the fonts dont change on the front end of the site. When I view the h1 tag, for example, it shows that it is using the font I choose in the customizer, but it is not really using the font. How do I fix this?

Hello,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check if the issue still exists.

Did you set these fonts in Theme Options > Fonts? Also check, if you selected proper weight of font (if it exists)

Ok, I disabled all the plugins, it still does not load the font, in the console, I see:

You inserted some string which was not correct in subset field.
