Contact form missing

Hi there,

All of a sudden I'm missing my contact form.

I went to the builder and the whole form was gone.

So I've added it again. But the next day the building block has dissapeared again.

I've read something about placing phpinfo.php on ftp.

I did that, but when I go to the url I get a 404 page.

Is there someway you can help me?

Please check, if your contact form is created.

Also, be sure that your CF7 is created and setup correctly.
