After I installed BeThemes Update 21.4.9.1 on my website, I received the following error message from WordPress: [PIXELWAY - Webdesign Agentur - NRW] Your website has a technical problem

Hello,

1) Did you test if it works with all of the plugins disabled?

2) Is your WP up to date?

3) Is your PHP Version 7 or higher?

Hi,

it's not that the page isn't running. I only received an error message with the errors mentioned, so it is of no use if I deactivate the plugin, as the error mail only appears once.

WP is current and PHP is higher than 7.0

1) These login credentials you sent are not working.

Please do not use any blank spaces in the username.

2) You didn't attach the ftp access.

Please send them once more, but this time be sure that you included all of them and if they works.
