social plugin shortcode not working

Hi! My client wants to make a page and when that page opens his Facebook album photos will appear. I already downloaded 2 plugins and followed all the instructions but when I paste the shortcode of the plugin on the page, nothing happens. Can you guide me? Thanks!

Sadly, we do not provide help with the third-party plugins.

But, you can create a "Button" from the Muffin Builder which will be redirecting to the album on facebook.
