Revolution slider stopped working after updating WP

Hi,

Im using slider revolution which came with bethemes when I made my
purchase, I tried to update WP and since then slider revolution stopped
working and it's asking for an update and when I try to update the
following message below is displayed. please assist. Thanks.

    Same on my website, the plugin is gone after pressing Update, please, help.
  • Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

    If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

    After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled

  • This solution must work, this issue is related to the license which is used on the multiple domains, did you check it with our license manager?
    Also, did you disable all of the plugins?

    sorry Im new to this but I tried logging into http://api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ to check and manage my license and use my purchase code from my license certificate and my themeforest username but im getting this
    {"error":"No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}
    just to clarify my themeforest username is on the top right hand corner of the site after i've logged in to https://themeforest.net/
    correct?

    Hello,
    Yes, you must enter your themeforest account name - have you changed it meanwhile? - and enter any license key you purchased on that account.
    If this message appears, that this must mean the key is not registered.
    Please try to deregister the key, and then register again.
    Try to update the theme or install a plugin 2-3 times after that.
