I want to know well more information about editing space of pages under the main menu. 

It means how to edit the margin under the main menu of all pages, including the shop page, product detail page, and any pages

Hello,

Please decrease the "Subheader" padding, it's too high already.

Go to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader and provide new, smaller value.
