Picture Block: Change Hover Icon

Hello,

is is possible to change the hover icon of an image/picture Block to some other icon?

I want to change the icon-search to an icon-help.

I found the codeline, but i dont know how to overwrite it via CSS...

On this page the mouseover-icons.

I want to change it to icon-help instead of icon-search.
