On the website http://goodweekdevelopment.brandness.marketing/ you see the white "submenu".

Is there any way to make this column fixed..? so it always sticks on top of the page?

Hello,
Sadly, this will not be possible with basic CSS code, because this row is in the content of the page, not in the header.
You would have to create several JS codes to achieve that, unfortunately, we do not provide such kind of modifications on the support forum.
