Change title size in mobile view only

Hi there

I´ve avtivatet the "Decrease Fonts" option under "betheme options --> responsive --> general", wich is a good feature overall. Nevertheless, the "H3" titles now look like normal text on Smartphones like the iPhone (check out this blog on a iPhone for example: [Links visible only for registered users]). Is there a way to increase just the size of the H3-titles on mobile view only (or make it dont decrease that much)?
