Altering Image box Captions

Howdy!  I'm try to mimic the caption from the "Iceland + London" image from this website: https://scottscheapflights.com/

I've got an image box working now with a caption that displays a single line of text.  Any advice on how to create multiple lines of text to show a price strike through and a new discount price in the same vertical space?

I gave the Promo box a shot - was pleased with the linking and multilpe boxes for text.  I would be open to using this box if I could alter the size of my image and set the text below.  By default it looked to be medium or thumbnail size.  I'm hoping to resize with HTML to 650px wide
