Comment-Form not clickable on mobile / textadjustment

Hi there

I have an issue with the comment-form below my posts:

-On desktop, everything works fine. However, on mobile (tested with iPhone), the comment-form appears to be not clickable (tested it with different iPhones). Any toughts how I can solve this problem? Take this post as an example: http://simonrouge.com/2020/01/08/hots-immer-noch-ein-ding-bericht/

-Secondly, I´d like to change the text in the form wich at the moment says "Enter your comment here...". Since I got a german-page, I would like to change this message into german language as well. Same with the follow-up options "Notify me on new comments via email." etc.. How can I do that? Is there maybe a general switch that changes the language of the whole form?

Hello Simon,

Your theme is way too old, please update it first:

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.

Hey there

Thanks, i succesfully updatet to the latest version (21.5). The problem persists, comments-form is on mobile not clickable at first. What I discovered is that when u zoom in and out, u can click on it. Any suggestions what might be wrong?

Is this comment from coming from some kind of third party plugin?

We support only the "Contact Form 7" and "Gravity Forms"

I guess its the comment-form from jetpack. Is this not supported by ur theme? Whats the comment form of BeTheme?

We use the comments which are default on wordpress, sadly - we do not support the jetpack.

It has to be enabled in few places:

1) Wordpress configuration:

Please go to the Settings > Discussion and customize as you wish.

2) Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog

Then, it should appear, be sure that you don't use the "Builder" or "Intro Header" template on your posts, otherwise it will not be displayed.

Alright thanks. I tested your settings and its the same comment-form. Any clues on how to fix the clicking-problem? And how to change the text inside the box (before u tipe)?

Can you disable all of the plugins and test, if the issue still exists?

wich plugins do you mean exactly? Jetpack?

All of them.

If issue will disappear, please enable plugins one by one and you will notice, which one is making that problem.
