I cant register Theme

I have problem when i put purchaces code I get this message 

cURL error 35: Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to api.muffingroup.com:443

cURL issues are usually related to the hosting itself, not the theme.

Please contact the hosting provider and ask him about some logs, he should solve the problem after looking at them.
