I can't deregister a current theme to replace with the purchase code of my own

Hi there, 

I have a new client who had BeTheme installed in his wordpress website, but this theme seems to be registered on many sites without license, so wont update.

Because of that, this morning i've purchased the theme myself in order to replace the wrong license, but i can't deregister the theme. Each time i click on deregister it goes loading for a bit and then it stays the same.

I've read you have a pinned post about it, and seems like logging into api.muffingroup.com/licenses its what you have to do in order to deregister a theme, the problem is the person who made the website in 1st place is gone, and we cannot do that either.

So, how can i deregister it?
