The page is not updating after theme download

After the download of the theme "Be" and the import of a pre made site, any of the changes that I make in the site using the page builder, when I press the "save" blue button to update the changes, doesn't happen anything or the update doesn't conclude. Curently, I'm using Wordpress version 5.3.2 and the theme are in version 21.5.1 of january 15, 2020.

Hi Pablo, the thing is: we just bought a new theme from your website  ( the theme name is ''BE'' )

But as we started to use it, the theme does not work properly.  Sone parts do not accept our changes.

We are using the newest worddpress version. There is a way for you guys to help us out? Do you need the site's login and password to do so?

For now, please follow my steps and answer my questions:

1) Does the wordpress dashboard work? Is theme options displaying properly?

2) Are your plugins disabled?

3) Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

4) Please send us a link to your website.

So, please contact your hosting provider, and ask him to change your server values like:

- PHP Max Input Vars should be min. 5000

- PHP Time Limit to 180s

After that, your wordpress with betheme should work properly.

Good morning, how are you? The hosting performed all the updates and yet after making changes to the Wordpress page when clicking update is not working and all the changes I lose. Here's a snapshot of the system state now:

So, the problem is related to the hosting provider.

It must be some cache issue, because the changes are occured in the muffin builder, but on the website they don't.

Please contact the hosting provider and ask him about the caching software on your website.
