Widget title footer one center

Hi,

is there any possibility to center the title of the footer widget one? (see link)

I've inserted  two css codes with no effect:

.widget-title h4 {

    text-align: center;

}

.widgettitle {

    text-align: center;

}

By the way, I can't provide you with an url as the website is in maintenance mode and I'm not entitled to switch it live due to the European GDPR regulations. And I also can not wait until the website is live as I can not finish it before this issue is setteld. Sorry. Hope the screenshots help.
