Remove top social menu on mobile

Hi, 

How do I remove the top social menu on mobile so that only the menu (three lines button) and the logo appear?

Or is it possible to have a different menu show on mobile?

Ok. So to remove social menu on mobile devices, please use below css:

@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) {
    #Action_bar .social-menu { display: none; }
}
