Sidebar Not happeneing

I am unable to have a sidebar appear in my blog post or pages. 
I use a multilingual website site - Croatian and English. 
The blog is in English, but in Croatian it's Događanja

    Does it appear on any language?
    If not,
    please create your sidebar (Theme Options > Sidebar), populate it
    with content (Appearance > Widgets) and set it on main blog page
    (while editing it)

    Hey, 
    I am confused. 
    I am unable to get the sidebar on individual posts.

    Also, 
    Under sidebars: 
    I am confused what I write. We use the word "događanja" for blog articles
    I do not understand what to write here. 
    Does this effect, the individual blog post side bar?

    Add sidebarDo not use special characters or the following names: buddy, events, forum, shop

    even when I choose in an individual post, the sidebar (example on the right) it doesn't show up.

    Please do not use the special characters, use regular letters (a -> z).
    The problem can be related to the "đ" sign.
