Can't edit anything in page builder

Hi, i heve Betheme installed on my site and when i try to edit any content block in page builder, nothing happens. In the corner of a page the link says javascript:void(0) but clicking on edit button does nothing. 

On click, javascript console shows this error:

scripts.js?ver=1579689125:715 Uncaught TypeError: $ is not a function

    at HTMLAnchorElement.<anonymous> (scripts.js?ver=1579689125:715)

    at HTMLAnchorElement.dispatch (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[chunk_0]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=5.3.2:3)

    at HTMLAnchorElement.r.handle (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[chunk_0]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=5.3.2:3)

Please help with this,thanks in advance

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check, if the issue still exists.
