Menu not showing up

For testing purposes I've done a fresh install of wordpress 4.2 and installed the latest BeTheme.

I installed the "marketing" demo content fully.

I created a Main Menu and assigned it everywhere I could.

I cannot figure out for the life of me how to get the header to show up with the menu. I've selected pretty much every configuration and the menu never shows up on the homepage. Am I missing something?

Did you setup menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section? If you did it and header still does not show, please send us url to page where this happen and we'll have a look on it.

I did. Here is a sample. I've tried several test sites and I can't ever get a menu to show up with that demo data.

So everything is clear now. Do you know that you use "Blank" page template? More information about page templates you can read in the documentation http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/ (section 4.3)

@jdantzie You don't see menu because of css which is under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section. Below css should be removed:

.header-simple #Header a.responsive-menu-toggle { display: none; }

Please I've installed betheme Pharmacy on www.publixpharma.com but the main menu isn't showing up.
Can you kindly help me look into this?

Hi,
it looks like your theme was not installed correctly. This may be caused by server limitations. To fix this, go to your FTP server and remove the theme completly, then download the newest version, unzip it and paste it manually into the themes/ uzing the FTP.
If this does not help, try to contact your hosting provider since this is often caused by server-side cache.
