Problem with theme activation: No working transports found

I install EasyPHP Devserver locally on my computer and configure wordpress on localhost to first locally prepare website before putting it on histing.

When i install BeTheme in wp directory and in wordpress cockpit and I found in "system status" following prompt:

API server connection

check again
Your server is blocking connection to API server api.muffingroup.com

Please contact your hosting provider.

After "debug informations" it shown: WP_Error Object

(
[http_request_failed] => Array
(
[0] => No working transports found
)

)

[error_data] => Array
(
)

)

Of course i have access to muffingroup.com website on this computer.

How i can resolve it?

I want to stress that I dont use any hosting provider service - I just simply install wordpress locally on computer using Easy PHP Devserver
