The logo of my website appears to disappear all the time,
both on desktop and mobile. I will send the access data to the WordPress panel
in particular through the contact form!

Please I need this urgently!

Hello,

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check, if the issue still exists.

Also, I was on your website and I can see it correctly, the logo is there - you just didn't upload the logo for sticky. (Theme Options > Global > Logo)

cleaning the cache. I already tested it on my cell phone, my computer and other
people's!

I disabled the "Smush" and "W3 Total Cache" plugin and as I see, it started to work.

I tested it on couple of devices and all of them displays it correctly now.

It must be the problem of the plugins conflict, sadly, these two are not supported by us.
