Complicated question

Hello, I have a very complicated question. I created a
website for a customer with the username IDPUBLI, the same name as my company.
Google ended up indexing this user. Now when we search for "Idpubli"
(my company name), his website also appears in searches, specifically the /author/idpubli page.

I logged into phpadmin and changed the username, started
giving error 404 because the page no longer existed and managed to remove it by
asking Google. The page / author / idpubli no longer appears, but the home
of his website is appearing! What do I do? Do you have any suggestions?

maybe you should just wait for a while, Google needs some more time to update the info.

Also, try to remove your browser cache.

What does the cache browser have to do with google ranking?

It's not about the google ranking, but your cached website - sometimes some strings, images are not updated because of the cache of the browser and only refreshing it will solve the problem.
