Top bar in header - how to remove it?

Hello, I am trying to remove the topbar on the header as i will not be using revslider, etc. I cannot find anywhere to accomplish this. Please advise.

Hello,

You can use the "Blank Page" template, which is able to set on the right sidebar, while editing the page.
