Muffin builder not showing.

I don't see muffin builder when I edit a page. It has disappeared.

Please help.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of the browser and check, if the issue still exists.

Cleared cache

The problem persists, muffin builder doesn't load in page editor.
