Can't See thumbnails and description when sharing link on whatsapp

Hi, we have some trouble when sharing links on whatsapp.

When insert the link on chat whatsapp, the featured image and the description metadata doesn't appear.

We have active plugin regenerate thumbnails and the description is on yoast SEO.

However, if we paste the link on Facebook, if the thumbnail and description appear. We do not know what may be happening.

Can you try without the special signs (like '?' and reversed)

Also, did you check if it saves the title when all of the plugins are disabled?

Can you test it with all of the plugins disabled?

I'm afraid that it could be related to the Easy SSL plugin, because this kind of setting should be set on the hosting settings, not in the wordpress panel.
