Not able to activate the theme.. showing the code is already activated.

Hi,

             I have purchased the theme, i tried to update the site due to lack of technical knowledge with the developer not able to update the site at that time, now i  have tried to update for our site this is showing the code is already used. Kindly check the details & help me out to activate the theme.
