menu sometimes disappears or shows off place

I am having issues with menu showing on page: www.fubbi.co

as sometimes menu shows the top or sometimes not at all after full loading

this is half way: https://fubbi.co/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/002_half.jpg

and this is when it doesn't show at all: https://fubbi.co/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/003_no.jpg

it doesn't matter which page, it shows on almost every page
