Betheme Options missing from Appearance menu

Hello, I am having this problem on both websites that are using Betheme:

Betheme Options missing from Appearance menue, so I cannot make changes to the appearance.

Hello,

As I see, you are using the latest version of BeTheme.

It's in another location nowadays, it's in the dashboard of the wordpress, see the screen:http://prntscr.com/qvhr25

More research has caused me to look into the following:

PHP version: Currently on 7.1. Looks like it is requesting 7.3

Memory Limit: No issue here.

Plugins: I have all deactivated.

Sorry, I do not understand.

You can use the 7.1 PHP version, but it will be better if you will use the 7.3

Is there any other issue?
