Menu moving position by clicking or pressing F5

Good night, please, I finished some site settings, but I realized that when I press F5 on the page to update: https://sergioaqueri.com.br/ or when I click on the links, they move a little to the right and then come back in position, would you know to tell me why this is happening?

Hey,

the page is loading and there could be some changes made with JS that takes place a little after the content loads. We suggest first disabling all plugins, maybe one of them is causing this issue.
