Hide categories-tab in article-pages

Hey there,

ist there a CSS code for hiding the whole "categories"- and "Tags"-tab at the right top of article-pages like that https://fcu-heilbronn.de/fcu-siegreich-im-ersten-testspiel/

Couldn't find it in any settings of Betheme or Wordpress.
