Shortcodes for Icons - can they be resized?

I used shortcodes for icons in column blocks over some short text. How can I make them bigger? Or should I have used a different block?

Thanks. Where do I put it? I put it in Custom | Styles Custom inline CSS Styles and nothing happened and I put it before and after the shortcode and it didn't change the size.
