How To add a BeTheme template page like "careers"or "pricing"

I am trying to add a new empty page and want to assign a  template layout like "careers" and I also need "pricing" page... 

I followed the instructions in the Video section of support : 

However, when I click on the "+[]" (shortcodes button) with the visual Editor,  the Icon transoforms into "refresh" Icon and does not give me the opportunity to chosse among the templates (shortcodes) like in the Video! How can I fix this? Ist not the browser.. I tried Chrome, Edge and Mozilla.. all the same issue!

How can I add a new BeTheme template page?

Hello Giuseppe,

You should use the Muffin Builder to achieve that.

Whole that section "careers" is made using the item from that builder.

They are just simply the list item and some headings.

Sadly, we are not able to send the code, for the import/export tool on the public forum.
