Error in BeTheme template - widget not working

Ive installed the plugin "Flow Widget" - but it will not work with Betheme.

If I deactivate the theme and uses a WP standard template - then it works fine....

Chat flow in the bottom....

Problem: it changes the cursor to a "not-allowed" icon - and guests can't use the chat function...

please help.

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.

I get the following error message:

I hope you have an idea about whats wrong..

It's all about your browser and server settings, in this case you should contact your hosting provider.
