Cannot change header background color

Hey

I am using this theme on my site here:

http://www.hydroponicus.com

I have changed the Action bar background color in the betheme options, but the old color persists despite clearing cache and temp internet files, how do I change the background color of the header? did I do something wrong?

Hi,

did you tried to remove cache plugin completely? But before you do this, please clear it.

I will try to remove the cache plugin and report back with results.

I finally figured it out, it was because I did not have custom skin selected in the control panel. It was my mistake. Thanks for the help
