Updating Betheme 12.8 to Latest Breaks Muffin Builder

I've tried updating my site using Betheme (version 12.8): www.aec.my to the latest Betheme.

However, with the new version in place, the website seems to be broken. 

Fonts are not working, dropbars and messed up, and more. It seems like the CSS mismatch. 

Any ideas? 

At the moment, I've reverted to the old Betheme (12.8), which was built using the muffin builder.

Hi,

PHP is Version 7.3

But Wordpress is not up to date, because I fear I'm unable to rollback. 

Is this because of an outdated Wordpress version, causing muffin builder not to load the elements correctly?

Yes, because some functions used in the BeTheme which are coming from the wordpress (latest wordpress) could be not implemented in outdated version.
