Page content behind header?

I just (finally) started using this theme even though I bought it a long time ago.

It seems like every page I edit or create, the content is way up behind the Menu and Header.

I don't see any settings to control that either in the Muffin Builder, the Theme settings or the page itself.

What am I missing and how can I fix this?

I’m working on local right now, so there’s no link.

I found the setting on my own though. Not sure why that’s be turned on by default, but all set now.
