Can't edit demo pages

My demo pages for any of the demos I have tried are unable to be edited using the frontend editor. All of the content is displaying however I cannot edit any of it. It shows at the bottom of the page the actual builder with the message "you have blank page. start adding content or templates"

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check, if the issue still exists.

Please tell me, do you use the Muffin Builder or the WPBakery builder?

You cannot edit our pre-built websites with the WPBakery.

Right well I can only use WPBakery builder since there is no plugin named "muffin builder". I cannot seem to figure out how to get to the muffin builder. Can you help?

The Muffin Builder is by the default in the theme, just edit the page and you will see it:

Check, if you didn't hide it by accident in the Theme Options > Global > Advanced

I am also having problems editing the pre-built website and the documentation does not refer to the problem. I am working with BePArallax and want to edit the background images. Even after deleting the custom content from my media library, still not possible to edit. Please help.. I've been spending a few months trying to figure this out. Thanks
