Background video resolution

Hi Guys,

I have installed Wine2 pre-built betheme theme and tried to put my own background mp4 video, it resolution is 1920x1080.

It looks very ugly  (http://vignoblelamothe.fr/notre-histoire/). I've put another video here http://vignoblelamothe.fr/ but it's the same result.

How could I tune the video or betheme to look like the video in wine2 https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/wine2/making-of/
