It is not possible to install a new theme - update the old hotel betheme theme

I bought a new betheme theme to update because the old theme doesn't work under PHP7, but when I install a theme it will write me a text "a theme with the same name already exists". How do I install (update) a theme? Well thank you.

Also, please disable all of the plugins before updating.
