Error when registering theme

We are encountering issues when trying to register our theme:
We recently tried to upgrade our BeTheme version and it was displaying an error. We deregistered the theme and when we then tried to re-register it, it now displays the error message: Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on:
The IP address it displays is the same IP that the website is hosted on, and the theme is only being used on one site. Ultimately we'd like to re-register the theme using our purchase code, and then upgrde the theme.
