Error when registering theme

Hi, 

We are encountering issues when trying to register our theme: 

We recently tried to upgrade our BeTheme version and it was displaying an error. We deregistered the theme and when we then tried to re-register it, it now displays the error message: Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on:

The IP address it displays is the same IP that the website is hosted on, and the theme is only being used on one site. Ultimately we'd like to re-register the theme using our purchase code, and then upgrde the theme.

Hello Nigel,

can you try to deregister the current key and just register it again?

After that, try to update the theme 2-3 times, the first time could show the error as well since the license database has to update your change.
