Theme Registration Problems

I was building a website at pelvisspinesport.com and registered the theme. My client then wanted to put up a coming soon splash page so I deregistered, deactivated the theme and deleted the Wordpress site. I then reinstalled wordpress and built a splash page at this domain. I then created a new wordpress site at pelvisspineandsportpt.com and installed BeTheme and tried to register the theme again on this new site, but it is saying the purchase code is already in use. I went into File Manager FTP and searched for any BeTheme files that could have somehow not gotten erased but there's nothing there. I am unable to use the theme until I can get it registered.
