prebuilt website installing doesn't work

Hello,

I'm trying to install prebuilt website. But it takes more then 10 minutes. Still not load. And all my stuff are updated.

Hello,

Please be sure that your WP and BeTheme are up to date, your PHP Version should be 7 or higher too.

Also, before installing the pre-built website, please disable all of the plugins.

Problem solved with hosting provider. They allowed f_open and its solved..
