How To Create Floating Tabs

Hi guys

Im moving a client over onto BeTheme and need to mirror the old site.  Last part for me is to replicate the floating tabs as per the image attached... 

The Tabs should be fixed and scroll with the page 

How would I best go about doing this?

Sadly, we do not have functionality to achieve that.

You would have to create your own CSS/JS script to achieve that.
