Problem with Installation

I have gone into my Wordpress Admin account clicked on BeTheme  then check licenses. Get Error  not reconized licernse and/or ThemeFrost user name. Yet my correct themefort user name and I just cut and paste the registration number. I have de-registeed Betheme before doing all this. What is the problem ?

Still getting the same problem "No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"
I tried FTP to WP-Content and Wordpress Administration Panel nothing seems to work. Option 1 - Tell me what is wrong
Option 2 - Refund me in full the $61 I paid
Getting sick of playing around and I will be dammed if I pay another $50 for professional installation. Registration Number I can give you but I do not want to make it public.

Hello,

Through the Api Tool you can only deregister the license key.

If message "No registered licenses for this purchase code and username" appears, it means that you can register it on any website that uses the BeTheme.

You can register your license key in the BeTheme > Dashboard tab.
