Password Reset not working

CleanHealth

When my clients try to reset password, it sends them an email that gives them a reset password link. The link when clicked takes them to the site and asks them to put their email in and then sends them the same email again putting them in a loop.

Please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache and check, if the issue still exists.

Can you test it with the default theme? (twenty twenty)

If it won't work, the problem will be related to your hosting provider.
