Decrease white space size

Hi! Can you check: https://nimb.ws/cG2Nr4 since the white space is kinda big, needs a little adjustment so the visitor can easily view the video or photo and not see it being cut in half while viewing the page. But the content of the page is activated by a plugin. If that's the case, what shortcode and where shall I input them? Thanks!
